Home Entertainment in Days Gone By

Experience how people entertained themselves before the digital age. Hosted at the historic Kapiti Coast Museum (located in the former Category 2 historic Waikanae Post Office building), this special exhibition showcases historic home entertainment systems, gramophones, vintage radios, early broadcast technology, and domestic artifacts. Visitors can explore the interactive displays and gain insight into early social life and technology on the Kāpiti Coast.
